Join us for our main and largest fitness summit of the year!

The Women's Fitness Summit will take place in the twin cities early each year.

The goal of this event is to bring together passionate and determined women who wish to push themselves and gain new experiences in the fitness world. We have an amazing agenda forming to make your day sparkle:

meditation, yoga, workout, speakers, good food, conversation and best of all community!

Each year, we'll bring together a new group of presenters to lead attendees in different types of workouts, educate them about various forms of recovery, practice posing for some of the NPC physique divisions, talk about nutrition and more!

Stop in the lobby to get your bag, tank top & swag (a WFS shaker cup with IDLife protein and a packet of IDLife pre and post workout!), mingle with exhibitors and other WFS attendees.

Workout Free Time

9:30-11:30 am

Your choice of a variety of different workouts including:

9:30 - 10:15 am: Shoulder/upper back workout designed by IFBB Professional Athlete Angie Okon, Posing with IFBB Professional Athlete Isha Barrow, and a cardio based strength workout with Britt Ringstrom.

10:30 - 11:15 am: Glutes with IFBB Professional Athlete Isha Barrow, and a cardio based strength workout with Britt Ringstrom.

We will also have multiple different therapists there for you to experience, including: - myofascia release/recovery with Mary Beth Larcom, Occupational Therapist; Trisha Augustine, Chiropractic, Rachel Kristyniak, Chinese massage & pulse reading


11:30-12:30 Pm Lunch Room

WYSIWYG Juice Co. will be providing lunch of either Pulled Chicken Bowl or their Kale Parmesan salad (included in ticket price), they will also have options available for purchase such as coffee, juices and possibly even a breakfast option!
